Meet the Visionary: Richa Pathak Purohit
Richa is a distinguished corporate legal expert and thought leader, widely recognized for her contributions to law, policy, and socioeconomic development. Her career spans several prestigious organizations across India and the UK. She has been invited to forums including Harvard's HPAIR Asia Conference, IIT Bombay, National Law Schools, and multiple Economic Times conclaves. She collaborates closely with the Government of Maharashtra and actively champions causes such as girls' education and legal awareness.
Dr. Richa Pathak Purohit is a Master of Law graduate from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences and has also completed the Executive Program from IIM Ahmedabad. Pathak specialises in contracts, arbitration, debt restructuring, financing transactions, structuring, real estate financing, and policy making as an advisor. She is a recipient of the Chief Justice M.C.Chagla Memorial Trust – Gold medal in the year 2012 for securing top position in the University of Mumbai (Law Faculty) during her finalgraduation years. Prior to working as a Senior Advisor to Government of Maharashtra, Richa has served as a Senior Corporate Legal Counsel with Voltas Limited; Legal Counsel with L&T Limited (Larsen and Toubro) , and before that served as a Group VP-legal with Avigna Group. Prior to Avigna Group, she served as a corporate lawyer with L&T Financial Services and wasalso associated with the M/s.
